Founder & Chief Strategist

Armando Mayo launched Arvima in 2023 after working in the fields of public relations and higher education. Armando, who functions as Principal and Chief Strategist, focuses on brand strategy and managing companies’ digital footprints and corporate events.

Armando’s career began by creating content for local small businesses and expanded to managing and optimizing the digital footprint of national companies. He excels in SEO content creation, driving online traffic, developing a brand that connects with its customer base and planning corporate events.

Throughout his PR career, Armando has partnered with B2B and B2C clients to drive local and national communication initiatives. He has worked with various industries ranging from nonprofits to banking, technology and real estate.

Armando is an alumnus of The University of Tampa, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in advertising and public relations and a master’s in professional communication. He is an adjunct professor at The University of Tampa and Hillsborough Community College, teaching Speech to undergraduate students.

In his free time, he enjoys painting, the beaches and visiting local art galleries to support the local art scene.
